RACE OF CHILD INTERESTED IN ADOPTING:

Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, Caucasian/Hispanic, Caucasian/Asian

Dear Birthmother,

Dear Expectant Mother,

We would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to look at our profile and read our letter. We would also like you to know that since the day we decided to adopt, we have been praying for you and will continue to do so. We cannot understand, nor will we pretend to, what you are feeling and going through as you choose an adoptive family for your baby. However, we do know it is a courageous decision, and we have the utmost respect for you for making it.

We want you to know that if you select us, your baby will be the most loved baby there is. We will love your baby more than we can even begin to put into words. We also know that our children, our families, our nieces and nephews, our friends, and our amazing church family will also love your baby to the fullest. We look forward to seeing our children play with their younger sibling and watching them play outside together on a beautiful Alabama day. We also anticipate telling the baby about you and how you made the courageous decision to entrust us with the greatest blessing we could have ever imagined.

We will continue to pray for you throughout your journey. Thank you again for taking the time to read our letter and for considering us as the family for your baby. We would be more than thrilled and blessed if you were to select us.

About

About Us

We knew of each other in high school but never really talked until we both went on a college retreat with our church. We went on our first date when we got back and have now been together for twenty-one years (married for sixteen). We love doing anything as a family, including being outside, taking trips, attending sporting events, and just enjoying our children. We are involved at church, which most of our friends and family attend. Craig is the hardest working man Whitney knows. He works his full-time job, and then he helps with our children and anything that needs to be done around the house when he gets home. He is a godly man and a wonderful husband and father. Whitney is a wonderful stay-at-home mother. She is extremely hardworking and can accomplish anything she sets her mind to. She is the most loving, compassionate, and giving person Craig knows.

Home

Our Home

Our house is our dream house! Our home is a colonial-style house that sits on 82 acres of beautiful land in the country. Craig designed our house and drew the house plans himself, and we did a lot of the work ourselves while building it. We love that our house has an open layout. The house has lots of room, and there is already a room ready and waiting for your baby! Our very favorite part of the house is our back porch, which overlooks our land. We love sitting in our rocking chairs on the porch and just enjoying the beauty or watching deer run and play. We also love being outside and watching our kids play with our dog, Carly, a German shepherd.

Extended Family Extended Family

Our Extended Family

We are blessed with a wonderful family we are very close to. All our immediate family lives within 15-20 minutes from us, so we get to see our family and spend time with them often. Craig’s parents live right next door to us, so we walk to their house often to visit, and we eat lunch with Whitney’s family every Sunday after church. When we get together at Whitney’s grandmother’s house, there are usually 35-40 people total! At any time during the week, we may eat supper with family, decide to watch an Alabama football game together, or plan a day to fish and have a fish fry.

We love having all our family live close to us because we love spending time with our families, especially all of our nieces and nephews. We are also blessed with a wonderful church family that loves us like we are family, and we know they will love your baby even more!

Story

What Led Us To Adoption

We knew before we married that we wanted to have a family one day. After a couple of years of marriage, we decided to start trying to become pregnant but found ourselves facing infertility for the next eight years. God used the journey of infertility to test and grow our faith and trust in Him. Now we know without a doubt that it was part of His perfect plan for our family the whole time as He brought us our daughter and son through the beautiful gift of adoption. We both have younger siblings and cannot wait for our children to have another sibling.
