RACE OF CHILD INTERESTED IN ADOPTING:
Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, Caucasian/Hispanic, Caucasian/Asian
Dear Birthmother,
Thank you for reading about us and giving your time to get to know us better. We want you to know we would be forever grateful and respectful to you for making this courageous decision in your life. If it wasn’t for your generosity, we would never be able to fulfill the dream of having a family. We are deeply moved by your kind and selfless decision of adoption. We understand this probably is the hardest decision of your life since it’s never easy to see someone else have a piece of your heart. For this reason, we would like to make a few promises to you if we are blessed to be chosen by you. We promise your child will be raised with love and respect, with great family values, and with unlimited opportunities.
Our desire of filling our house with the cries of your baby, laughter, and mischief; occupying all the empty spaces of our house with toys and books; and becoming a parent to raise a responsible, humble human being will be a lifetime wish granted by you. So here we are, hopeful adoptive parents searching for the missing piece to our family, a precious child who will erase that emptiness of our house and our hearts.
From parent to parent, we promise to make this piece of your heart a part of our hearts forever! We sincerely thank you for considering us.
About Us
We are a very simple, fun-loving couple, and we believe in doing the right thing. We have been married for over 10 years, and honesty and integrity are our highest values. Markand is energetic, enthusiastic, social, and family oriented. Komal is the creative head at home and loves to create beautiful spaces and cook different cuisines (Indian, Thai, Mexican, Italian). We both follow a vegetarian diet. We are looking forward to adopting a child who can multiply our happiness and make our family complete. Our aspiration is for this infant to grow in our family with the right set of values into a great human being.
Our Home
Our home is one of the most beautiful places on Earth and filled with love. Situated at the center of the best neighborhood, the elementary school, parks, and children’s play area are a walkable distance. We spend most of the time in the living room and kitchen, where Komal plans healthy dishes every day. Our home is a place where we can grow as a family.
Our Extended Family
We are lucky to have a very supportive, loving, and encouraging family. Our family makes us strong, and both sides of our family really value spending time together. We get together multiple times a year and create lifelong memories.
We were both born and raised in India and have been living in the United States for more than 25 years. Markand’s father is spiritual, gentle, and caring. At a young age, Markand lost his mother. Markand has a younger sister who is married and has one son. Komal’s family consists of her mom and dad along with a big extended family of cousins and their kids. Our families live in different parts of the world, but we are very grateful to be born in the era where technology can connect us with our families from thousands of miles away.
Apart from our immediate family, we have also been lucky to make friends who have become our extended family. We love spending time with them and their kids. We have get-togethers with both friends and family to celebrate Indian traditions as well as American holidays. We look forward to seeing your child welcomed into our family and playing and growing with their cousins and friends.
What Led Us To Adoption
We began our journey of starting a family in 2012. We have tried several ways to conceive, both natural and IVF. We had two failed IVF cycles. We felt God was really leading us to adoption and that this would be the way we would grow our family. After some more thought, prayer, and conversation with our family, we decided adoption was indeed the path for us. We think adoption is a miracle, and we cannot wait to share our love with a baby.
