Dear Birthmother,
Dear Expectant Mother,
We want you to know how truly honored we are that you are considering us for the most meaningful gift we could ever receive. While we cannot begin to understand the decision ahead of you, we are in awe of your strength and selflessness in choosing to give your child the best life imaginable! We will spend every day ensuring that his or her life is full of love, opportunity, and support. Most importantly, it would be our greatest responsibility and honor to ensure that he or she grows up with the knowledge and understanding of your love and sacrifice for them.
We envision a future with your child filled with family game nights around the kitchen table, trips to the park across the street from our home, or weekends around the campfire at our family camp! Your child would attend our community school, whose football field is just a few blocks from our home. There is nothing like a fall night with the sound of cheers and the marching band in the air! We love to travel and look forward to sharing these adventures with your child! Summer trips to the beach or exploring state and national parks will be in store!
Holiday celebrations with our large extended family will become some of our most cherished memories. There are grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who are incredibly excited to surround your child with love! If selected, we will spend the rest of our lives devoted to ensuring that your child is loved, safe, educated, and given boundless opportunities.
Our Home
We love our four-bedroom, three-bath American foursquare home across from the largest community park in our town. We are located near the community pool, playground, and the school athletics complex. Our community is known for festivals and downtown events. Our home is centrally located to our four community schools that are currently being renovated to continue to improve the learning experience. Our home is filled with the love of our cats and dogs. We live near several state parks with hiking and camping, and the city is filled with museums, theaters, and stadiums.
Our Extended Family
We have an extensive blended and extended family. We really have three families: Lauren's, Joe's, and Evan's biological mother's side. We all get along, enjoying holidays together, summer picnics, and sporting events. It is very important to us to be surrounded by family and close friends. We have grandparents, aunts, and uncles, and cousins galore. Christmas breakfast is a family tradition that started with Lauren's parents and is now a celebration that we host each year. We celebrate many holidays in our home, filled with family and friends, with lots of laughter, love, and food. We love annual family summer vacations. Whether we go to the beach, the forest, or amusement parks, we look forward to making memories. Most of our family lives nearby, and we make time to see each other often to enjoy going to plays and concerts, family dinners, and game nights. We have an entire support community ready to be a supportive part of this exciting journey!
