RACE OF CHILD INTERESTED IN ADOPTING:

Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, Caucasian/Hispanic, Caucasian/Asian, Native American

Dear Birthmother,

Dear Expectant Mother,

We want you to know you have been on our minds and hearts constantly. We may not know you yet, but there are some things we do know about you. For one, you are brave, compassionate, and strong. You are doing what it takes to give your baby the best life possible. We know this process is not an easy one.

If you bless us by making us parents again, we will love your baby with all our hearts, and we will make them the center of our world. We look forward to being there on their best and worst days with compassion and love. We look forward to loving and accepting whoever they grow up to be. They will always have our undying love and support, no matter what! We would love to make you a part of our family if this is something you want. The more people who love a child, the better!

We promise to give them all the love in the world and all the opportunities, from education to travel and experiences, that we can provide, whether private schools or yearly trips to Disney, ski trips, cabin trips, boating, and trips to the ocean each year. Travel is important as you can learn so much more from experiences. We promise to give your child a home full of love and a world full of adventure and happiness.

Thank you for considering us. We truly are grateful.

Love,
Tom and Kennedy

About

About Us

Kennedy is kind-hearted, loving, bubbly, and silly. Tom is quick-witted, funny, and very outgoing. Tom is an orthodontist. Kennedy is a Doctor of Behavioral Health working with children with special needs. She is also a published children’s author. She works part-time, with the majority of her work being done from home, and she looks forward to being home with the children. We both come from families that value education, and we will be providing our children with private education, just as we had. We find happiness in travel and learning new things because we know experience is far more valuable than any books can teach. Spending time with friends and family and playing with our dog, Maizey, is important to us. We have an infant daughter who has brought so much joy into our house, and we cannot wait to bring another child into our loving home because children bring a joy that nothing else can.

Home

Our Home

Home is a beautiful brick home in a family oriented subdivision with 4 bedrooms, a theater area in the finished basement, and a pool in the backyard where we love to host our friend’s children to play. We enjoy picnics by the pool often. Sidewalks lead to our charming downtown containing several great restaurants, coffee shops, an ice cream parlor, and bakeries. We have strong school and library systems. This town is family centered. There are lots of kids’ activities, and family nights occupy summer, which our family takes advantage of regularly. There are lots of families walking their dogs and riding bikes downtown together. Maizey is our three-year-old shih tzu/poodle mix. She’s only ten pounds, hypoallergenic, great with children, and super cuddly!

Extended Family Extended Family

Our Extended Family

Kennedy’s parents have been married for 29 years, and her sister is 21. They love going to Disney World several times a year and are annual passholders. They celebrate NYE with a seafood dinner and board game night. We also spend Christmas Eve with this side of the family. In her parents’ subdivision, they have a yearly neighborhood event where all the neighbors gather to do a candle walk and sing Christmas carols. We spend the night at Grammy and Papa’s and wake up in the morning to Santa having come! Papa makes a large breakfast, and the great-grandparents also stay over to celebrate Christmas the next day with the extended family, whom we are very close to. We also make a birthday cake each year for Jesus and light candles, letting the young cousins blow out the candles for Him.

Tom’s parents have been married for 31 years, and his brother will be 29. They enjoy going to Colorado to ski at their condo, going to South Carolina to our vacation home right on the ocean, spending a week in the Caribbean, going on the family sailboat with Papou (Greek for Grandpa) as well as the cabin up north, and watching sports together.

Story

What Led Us To Adoption

Kennedy is unable to have any more biological children. We care more about our child being happy and healthy than genetic ties. We also realize that love makes a family, not necessarily biology. Kennedy’s younger sister as well as her best friend were both adopted and have proven to be some of our best blessings. Adoption is very close to our hearts, and we are honored to go on this journey.
