About Us
Hello! We are so excited to meet you. We are both teachers; Jace teaches high school, and Addison is an elementary teacher. We are both extremely interested in football and go to college games often to cheer on our Raiders. We also love to go fishing whenever we get the chance! Jace is a very compassionate person who has never met a stranger! While Addison is a bit quieter than Jace, she loves getting to meet new people. She is outgoing and can always make you laugh. We have four dogs: Beau, Dally, Gus, and Archie. They have been the light of our lives. We cannot wait to add to our little family. We love being around kids and cannot wait to love our own little one!
Our Home
We live in a unique town in the Texas panhandle; we have been a part of this little community for the last ten years. We have a great school district, which is full of great teachers who live here in our town. We have lived here for the last ten years and love the little community that has become our home. It is a great family-oriented community where kids still get to play outside, ride bikes, and play ball and where neighbors care about each other. We have four dogs who have been the light of our lives, and we are so blessed to have them.
Our Extended Family
Our extended family is large! When we get together, we genuinely enjoy our time together. Addison’s brother lives down the street from us and is always over to visit. This is pure joy as we are remarkably close to each other. Our parents live just a short distance away, and we get to see them often. We all like to meet up in a central location and go to dinner or spend the weekend together. Our family also loves college football, and we go to college games regularly. It is such a fun way to spend time together!
We also enjoy going on family trips every other Christmas; we have been all over the place. Our grandparents started this tradition, and we have kept the tradition alive! Addison’s parents are such a rock in our lives; they have been with us through thick and thin and are so excited about this process. We are very blessed to have this big, beautiful family and so will any child we add to this family!
What Led Us To Adoption
Our adoption story has been a long time coming. Infertility plagued us, and we have decided the gift of adoption is the best way for us to have the family we have always wanted. We have thought and prayed about adopting a baby for a while, and we finally decided to take this step of faith and start this wonderful journey. We are so thankful for the amazing women that give families like ours the ability to have the family of their dreams. We have been in continuous prayer for all of the mothers that have been brave and selfless enough to give the gift of adoption to families. We cannot thank you enough for your selfless act of love.
