Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about our family and for considering us as you make the difficult decision of who will parent your child. We hope that through our profile, you will be able to see the love we have for each other, our family, and our future child.
We know this is a difficult time for you and your precious baby. We hope you feel supported and loved no matter where you are in your journey. We admire you so much for choosing life and for considering adoption. We cannot imagine what a difficult decision this is for you and know you want what is best for your baby.
We promise to cherish and love your child with our hearts and souls and to provide a safe, happy, and loving home. We feel so grateful to be in this position to adopt and have seen the joy of friends and family members and want to provide a warm, loving home for a child while making our dream of being parents come true.
Our Home
We live in a beautiful farmhouse-style home with three bedrooms and two baths, all surrounded by a vast and gorgeous yard for fun playtime. We live in a neighborhood of families and have access to endless miles of recreational hiking trails down the street. We live in a great community with access to beaches, lakes, mountains, and parks. Our city is diverse and cultured in that it has many great schools as well as many great restaurants, theaters, museums, arenas, concerts, and events and its own professional minor league baseball team. The community is very family oriented with many family events and activities throughout the year.
Our Extended Family
We have a large and extremely close family. In fact, most of Meghan’s family lives less than three miles from our home, and Rich’s family is an hour away. Both of us come from families with committed support from all of our 23 siblings and their significant others, 75+ nieces and nephews, Rich’s two adult children, and Meghan’s 90-year-old dad. On any given week, we are an in-person part of our extended family; it might be a walk with a sister, dinner with Dad, and/or attending a niece or nephew’s sporting event.
On any given month, we are a part of several small family gatherings to celebrate someone’s birthday or just a day at the beach. Throughout the year, we also have several larger family gatherings to celebrate Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a wedding. We’re excited about having our child be a part of this continued cherished time we’ll spend with our family as we bring this new blessing into our lives.
