Dear Birthmother,

The word thankful seems too small to express how we feel that we are being considered in this adoption process. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us and our families. We want you to know whatever decision you make will be the right one. We will never be able to understand how you are feeling at this moment, but please know your love for your child cannot be questioned. You and your history will always be a part of this child’s life. We promise that every day we will provide them with information to help them understand where they come from and how much they are loved. We admire you so much for making a decision like this as it takes so much strength and selflessness.

If we have the privilege of being chosen, please know this child will be joining a large family full of remarkable people, unconditional love, and an immense amount of support. Our family and friends cannot wait to shower this child with love and to be there for all of their biggest milestones. Every day of their lives will be reinforced by our love, support, and encouragement for them.
