Dear Expectant Mother,

We want to affirm your strength and bravery. We can’t imagine a more difficult choice and understand that considering adoption comes from the kind of courageous love that only our children can move us to.

If you allow us the privilege of raising your child, know that he or she will be so very cherished, and they will be welcomed into a home with the most eager and adoring big brother and sister. We can’t wait to share our traditions, like epic hide and seek games, over-the-top birthday cakes, and our annual leprechaun mystery hunt. We also look forward to new adventures and traditions as our family grows.

We strive to raise our children to love those around them and to serve in their community in whatever way they are able. One of our greatest goals is to empower them to live in a posture of abundant life and not to act out of fear or anxiety, no matter what their circumstances might be. We pray this for you as well.

Being parents has been an incredible experience for us, even in the face of major health challenges and loss. And we have been just as touched by our babies we did not get an opportunity to parent. Whether you choose to parent your sweet little one or to move forward with adoption, may you arrive at a place of peace and assurance about your decision.
