RACE OF CHILD INTERESTED IN ADOPTING:
Caucasian
Dear Birthmother,
We are writing this letter with the deepest respect and admiration for the courageous decision you are considering. We learned that we cannot have biological children of our own, but we have both wanted children since before we met. After praying about it and talking with our friends and family, we felt called to grow our family through adoption. We had always talked about wanting to adopt after seeing the ways it has touched the lives of some people around us.
We can only imagine the mix of emotions you must be feeling as you navigate this journey and want to express our gratitude for considering us as potential adoptive parents. Your selflessness and love for your child are inspirational. We hope our profile gives you a glimpse into our lives and the kind of home we dream of providing.
If you choose us, we promise to provide your child with a loving, stable, and nurturing home. We envision a life filled with love, laughter, learning, and support. We want to encourage our children to dream big and help them pursue their goals. We will ensure that your child knows their story and understands the incredible love and sacrifice you made for them. We are eager to welcome a child into our lives and shower them with love and support.
Our Home
We live in a rural town in Nebraska. We live in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who have children who play outside together. We have an open floor plan house with three bedrooms upstairs and two bonus rooms downstairs, with three and a half bathrooms throughout the house. Our finished basement is spacious and would be a great place for a playroom. We have a large, beautiful backyard with a patio where we enjoy sitting and entertaining next to our fire pit. We have a vegetable garden next to our house and enjoy tending to it. Our community has several schools and parks very close to our house. We have a dog, Maizy, who is fun-loving and always ready to play and cuddle.
Our Extended Family
Alison's parents live ten minutes away, and we often spend weekends with them playing cards and eating dinner together. Alison has an older brother and a younger sister and brother. Each of her siblings lives in different towns in Nebraska and they are a short drive away. Jace's parents live an hour and a half away, but we often visit for the weekend or they visit us. Jace has two younger brothers. One of his brothers lives down the road from his parents, and his other brother is in Thailand serving in the Peace Corps until March 2027. We both have large and supportive extended families with over twenty cousins between the two of us, many of whom have children of their own. Our holidays are spent traveling between each of our families to see as many family members as we can. We love spending time with our family and friends and creating memories with them. We both have a tight-knit group of friends that we've known for years, and they have been a great support system for us through the years.
